Wood Coatings
All ANEST IWATA Spray Guns have stainless steel fluid passages and are chrome plated for corrosion resistance, which makes for easy clean up.
Our Patented “LV Technology” allows for greater velocity needed to atomize waterborne materials and our ADG-1 “Aquadry” system is an indispensable item for waterborne flash acceleration. With a 6:1 air adjustment ratio and independently adjustable arms, the Dryer gun stand is perfect for any drying configuration.
The DPS90D aluminum diaphragm pump is designed for applying paint, with no pulsation. The rod movement between diaphragms is designed to be minimal, so there is no pulsation for painting because there is less movement, wear is also reduced. The design is ideal for production application environments. This system is available in four different setups:
• Wall Mount
• Cart Mount
• Pail Mount
• Stand Mount

The pump delivers fluid consistently for coating with one or two spray guns. This system may be used with air spray guns or HVLP spray guns where constant material supply is required.
Diaphragm movement is minimal, therefore lowering the pulsation of material supply and reducing wear on pump components.

Weighing only 40 lbs., the unit is easily picked up with one hand. Connect air supply, spray gun and hose and it is ready to use.
Easy Color Change and Cleaning:
Suction system can easily be moved between supply drums for material changes or a solvent for cleaning.

The DPS90N stainless steel diaphragm pump unit is designed for production application environments. Featuring stainless steel fluid passages for a wide range of applications (Aluminum version available). This pump unit is available in four different configurations:

The DPS90N delivers constant fluid output. Diaphragm movement is minimal, reducing material supply pulsation and minimizing pump wear.

The NEW W101-S siphon feed air-spray gun improves on the reliable reputation of the W100-S. The improved air cap design with increased pattern shape stability improves atomization and decreases mottling and blotching. The ergonomic gun body design combined with lighter weight helps to reduce painter fatigue.

The NEW W101-G gravity feed air-spray gun improves on the reliable reputation of the W100-G. The improved design with side mounted cup, high transfer efficiency control and superior atomization. New air cap design with increased pattern shape stability improves atomization and decreases mottling and blotching. The ergonomic gun body design combined with lighter weight helps to reduce painter fatigue. Side mounted gravity cup allows 360° rotation giving the operator options to spray at a wide variety of angles.

Our new HYBRID technology utilizes our superior atomizing technology, incorporating the best of HVLP technology with the speed of our compliant guns to create the revolutionary HYBRID LS400H.
The HYBRID LS400H Supernova is compliant with HVLP legislation since it can maintain 10 psi dynamic pressure at the aircap, while increasing speed and productivity.
The HYBRID LS400H still maintains the overall superiority of the original LS400 and is available in two configurations – the Gold aircap for coarse atomization and the Platinum aircap for fine atomization.

When we talked about a new spray gun, we decided we needed something and our customers needed something new. Therefore, we enlisted the help of the world renowned design firm Pininfarina famous for their state of the art automobile design. Anxious to see how they would handle a spray gun, the design far exceeded our expectations. After the gun design was complete, we incorporated our advanced atomizing technology and the “SUPERNOVA” was born. The gun combines our superior atomization control with production speed and ergonomics. There are two versions of the SUPERNOVA, the LS400 for clear coat and the LS400 for basecoat. Both guns are available with either a 1.3mm or a 1.4mm nozzle size depending on what paint brand you are spraying. The basecoat version is designated by the GOLD color air-cap.
