SEMA 2010

ANEST IWATA USA would like to extend regards and thanks to all who visited our exhibit during the 2010 SEMA show. This year we showed the whole picture of how ANEST IWATA, Iwata-Medea and Artool products impact the automotive market from Manufacturing to OEM Equipment to Automotive Refinish to Kustom. The whole lifespan of a vehicle is impacted by what we bring to the table. SEMA took on a whole new look with a Kustom fabricated booth that was constantly filled with loyal customers and new customers that didn’t realize all the products we bring to the table.

This year’s feature was our new gun SUPERNOVA LS400H Hybrid spray gun. The gun is setting the benchmark for spray guns matching HVLP compliance with Conventional speed. Iwata-Medea displayed there new Maxx-Jet mobile air compressor that makes it easier than ever to take you art on the road. Rounding out the show was Artool and their latest Radically Original templates.

We also want to everyone from all three companies for their contributions to making this happen and bringing out the industries best and brightest influences in and around our booth.

International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair-USA®

ANEST IWATA USA, Inc. participated in the 2010 International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair-USA®. Visitors from over 80 countries and all 50 states were in attendance at one of the largest woodworking trade shows in the world. 972 companies were on hand exhibiting with over 800,000 net square feet of product displays.

ANEST IWATA showcased our industrial line of equipment including our new Glazing Gun, 2 gallon dual regulated commercial pressure pot and our Waterborne electrostatic gun. We also had on hand our 13:1 air-assisted airless system with the new MSG200B spray gun. This system provides a great solution for waterborne stains and topcoats. Some of the other highlights were our double diaphragm pumps and extension guns.

Although the show as a whole didn’t set any attendance records, we noticed steady booth traffic and a more motivated buyer profile. With the hard economic times facing the industry, the companies visiting IWF kept the travel numbers down and only sent users and decision makers. This made for a very satisfying show experience for our employees and our distributors across North America.

This year during the annual automotive aftermarket industry week in Las Vegas ANEST IWATA we concentrated our efforts at the SEMA show. Coordinating our efforts with our sister company Iwata-Medea always brings out the industries best and brightest influences in and around our booth. This years feature was our new SUPERNOVA spray gun and to watch the best kustom airbrush artist’s show their talents and let you in on some of their tricks of the trade. Once again, thanks to all who utilize and support ANEST IWATA products and a special thank you goes out to everyone who helped.

International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair-USA®

ANEST IWATA USA, Inc. participated in the International Woodworking Machinery & Furniture Supply Fair-USA® from August 20th through the 23rd. Visitors from over 80 countries and all 50 states were in attendance at one of the largest trade shows in the world. 1,324 companies were on hand exhibiting with over 800,000 net square feet of product displays.

ANEST IWATA showcased our industrial line of equipment including automatic solutions featuring our new manifold automatic spray guns. Our 13:1 air-assisted airless system with the MSG200 spray gun provides a great solution for waterborne stains and topcoats. Some of the other highlights were our double diaphragm pumps and extension guns.

SEMA / NACE Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week 2006

ANEST IWATA USA would like to extend regards to all who visited our exhibits during the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week 2006.

This year our sister company Iwata-Medea operated the 2006 SEMA show while ANEST IWATA USA, Inc. operated the NACE 2006 show. As usual, Iwata-Medea’s artistic influences were evident with there amazing SEMA display drawing visitors from all backgrounds. NACE 2006 featured hands on demonstrations. Both shows featured our famous patented “LV Technology” and unmatched quality.

Two hot new products on display at each show this year were the new TH Kustom fan pattern airbrush and the new LPH80 miniature HVLP gun.

The TH Kustom is the first airbrush to feature an adjustable fan pattern.

The LPH80 Miniature HVLP spray gun features variable fan patterns from small round to a full 5.5” fan pattern.

Both the TH Kustom Airbrush and the LPH80 Miniature HVLP spray gun are perfect for mobile operations and small damage repairs.

With waterborne materials on the horizon, ANEST IWATA offers a complete package for waterborne conversion. The W400-LV Compliant spray gun combined with our ADG-1 Aquadry Paint dryer gun and adjustable stand offer a seamless conversion.

IWF 2006 International Woodworking machinery and Furniture Supply Fair

IWF 2006 in Atlanta was a huge success for ANEST IWATA USA, Inc. We showcased many new products and unique technologies. The LPH100/200-LVP system for the application of NGR stains was very well received as a unique way to avoid the mottling commonly associated with these coatings. Our MSU series Air-Assisted Airless pumps and MSG/MSA Air-Assisted Airless guns gained a lot of attention from visitors to our booth. We also introduced our new Manifold Automatic Spray Guns in Air Spray, HVLP and Air Assisted Airless versions.

Air-Assisted Airless Multi-spray Guns

The ANEST IWATA MSG200 Air-Assisted Multi-Spray Gun combines durable construction and premium finish quality with light weight and superior ergonomics. The MSG200 shares many features and benefits with other full size ANEST IWATA spray guns. They also share some common replacement parts. Users already familiar with ANEST IWATA Spray Equipment will have no trouble switching to our Air-Assisted guns.

The ANEST IWATA MSA200 Air-Assisted Multi-Spray Gun MSA200 Automatic Air-Assisted Multi-Spray Gun was designed from the ground up around the higher pressures associated with Air-Assisted spraying. Many other guns are a compromise between air spray design and air-assisted design. The result is a highly durable spray gun that will give your automatic processes repeatable and quality results.

On both guns the needle tip, nozzle and nozzle tip are constructed of tungsten carbide for long life. The nozzle tips are available in many orifice sizes and fan pattern widths. The MSG200 and the MSA200 both feature a truly adjustable fan pattern via the pattern adjustment knob. The air caps are treated with a buildup resistant coating that reduces down time and maintenance. A built in fluid filter also extends the life of the wetted parts by reducing the particulate matter passing through the guns.

ANEST IWATA Air-Assisted Airless Multi-Spray pump units are available in 13:1 or 17:1 ratios.
