LPH400-LVX eXtreme basecoat Gravity
Teaming up with our LPH400 LVB the LPH400 LVX eXtreme basecoat technology was developed for use with 90-95% of basecoat colors and engineered to provide increased productivity in application for solvent or waterborne basecoats. While the LPH400 LVB remains the set-up for the most difficult or complex colors the LPH400 LVX handles all the middle range colors where productivity and speed is a must. Extensive field-testing and painter evaluation reports prove that the LPH400 LVX is much faster than the competition and has an ultra smooth application with no technique change. Inlet pressures, spray distance and overlap are the same for the LPH400 LVX as a normal LPH400 LV.

The LPH400-LVB high performance center post gravity feed HVLP spray gun is designed for obtaining improved control on refinish paints that contain fine metallic and pearls that standard set-ups face difficulties such as mottling, blotching, streaking, floating, etc.

ANEST IWATA USA, Inc. would like to confirm the following spray guns comply with EPA NESHAP 40 CFR, Part 63 Subpart HHHHHH HVLP and Compliant rule. The transfer efficiency of all listed guns is 65% per local air district mandates provided each particular gun is set-up by the user with the recommended inlet pressure and spray distances in each particular spray gun instruction manual. The NEW LPH440 Primer gravity feed HVLP spray gun designed specifically for spraying primers, sealers and fillers. The sharp edged spray pattern of the LPH440 creates optimal overlap increasing working speed. While the LPH400 LVB remains the set-up for the most difficult or complex colors the LPH400 LVX handles all the middle range colors where productivity and speed is a must.
Extensive field-testing and painter evaluation reports prove that the LPH400 LVX is much faster than the competition and has an ultra smooth application with no technique change. Inlet pressures, spray distance and overlap are the same for the LPH400 LVX as a normal LPH400.
Hybrid metallic, regular metallic, xyrillic and regular pearls need more than a one-gun set-up to achieve the best color match and performance. Therefore, the LPH400 LVX eXtreme basecoat gun performs best with 90-95% of these basecoat colors and for the other 5-10%, the LPH400 LVB is the best solution.
The LPH400 LVX is also eXtremely proficient with waterborne coatings and gives an added advantage for waterborne basecoat application in hot dry climates.
